well the fastest way to get exp for mesmer is questing in fow - if u'll finish all fow quests u'll get 90k exp in just rewards... take 7 guildies and make sure every1 has at least 3 hrs, if u can afford 10-15 scrolls u'll get alot of exp for killing mobs...
rastigan quest and 1st forge quest -5k exp,
army (book quest), 2nd forge quest, restore temple, khobay - 10k exp
then take quest from eternal lord taeres - u cant see ! mark but he actually got a 10k exp quest as well, low-lvl ranger ghosty outside spidercave got 10k exp quest, then u can save the ghostly hero in flaming forest - the longest quest cos u have to pull carefully, skip it if u dont have enough time - wailing lord is easy to do and running back griffons gives u 10k exp as well.

if we dont have favor u can grab henchy buy 2 cheapest scrolls and do killroy in sf - extremely boring and no good drops but 3k exp for quest and some exp for killing bosses on ur way to sf is rewarding enough i think. works for mesmer.

never tryed questless run with henchy 'cos killroy is way easier with henchy. also i'm checking warcamp dis 1 - usually questing groups accept mesmers and u can do same quests over and over again - so if smbdy's starting alkar or oro or fa quests u can try to join and u'll get 6-8k exp for quests...

finishing titans quests gave me nice exp as well - 50k exp for the last quest (titan source) and 10k for the 1st 4 quests (mb 20k cant remember now)

but still my mesmer got only 1,5mil exp atm

Use a whirlwind/aftershock build with armor of earth and kinetic armor with the troll cave. You take barely any dmg, and aura of restoration heals u. Keep earth atunment up for emngment. If you rly rly rly wanted to be awesome, use the elite, Shockwave, and make the trolls wish they were not born...

I believe doing SF/UW/FoW quests to be the quickest and easiest by far and the most profitable. And of course Defending Denravi is easy and very very quick.

Capping an elite skill will get you 5000k exp as well. So that is a dbl plus for what you want.

If you have factions, run the luxon supply lines quest. very easy, seriously 2 minutes for 2000xp +400 faction +150gold. Trade faction for jadeite and sell that, money+xp right there. Don't need favor, don't need henchies, don't need other people. Ranger can do it easy. No clue about mesmer, but my ranger never goes under 50% hp on it with mending (except for a ridiculously bad spawn where I get body blocked by the pop-down kurzick ambushes or i get crippled by a ranger through dodge), so it should be fine with illusion of haste +mending.
